Privacy
How this app uses the information you share.
Your account
JewishNLP stores your name, email address, and account identifier to keep your saved practices together. If you choose email and password, the app stores a password hash rather than your password.
If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your account identifier, verified email address, name, and any profile picture. JewishNLP requests basic sign-in information. It does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, or contacts. Your Google password stays with Google.
Reflections and practices
Your intake answers, outlines, generated practices, and check-ins are saved under your JewishNLP account. The app checks account ownership before showing these records to a signed-in visitor.
When you ask for personalized guidance, the relevant reflection text is sent to OpenAI to generate it. Avoid including information you do not want sent for this purpose. The app and its database are hosted through Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure.
Sign-in and security
The app uses cookies to keep you signed in. Session records can include your IP address and browser information, and the app keeps request counts to limit repeated sign-in and generation attempts. Google sign-in credentials are kept on the server.
Messages and requests
The contact form stores the name, email address, and message you submit. The updates form stores the email address you provide. To ask about your information or request access or deletion, use Contact JewishNLP.
